Automated tasks that run on a schedule. Set up once, let the AI handle it repeatedly.

What are routines?

Routines are tasks that the AI executes automatically on a schedule. Instead of manually asking for the same thing every week, set up a routine and it happens without you.

Think of them as "set it and forget it" AI tasks.

Example routines

• Weekly Product Research — Every Monday, find 5 trending products in your niche
• Ad Performance Check — Every Thursday, analyze your running ads and flag underperformers
• Weekly Report — Every Friday, compile revenue, orders, and campaign performance into a summary
• Order Fulfillment Check — Daily, verify all orders are shipped and flag any issues
• Content Calendar — Weekly, generate social media post ideas for the coming week

Setting up a routine

1. Go to Routines in the sidebar
2. Click + New Routine
3. Give it a name and description (the description tells the AI what to do)
4. Set the schedule (daily, weekly, specific days)
5. Enable it — done!

The AI will execute the routine at the scheduled time and send the results to your Inbox.

Viewing results

When a routine runs, the result appears in your Inbox. You'll see:

• What was executed
• The AI's output (products found, report data, recommendations)
• Any warnings or issues encountered
