Settings

Manage your account, AI configuration, connected services, stores, and protection preferences. Access from the sidebar → Settings.

Settings overview

The Settings page (sidebar → Settings) is where you manage everything about your workspace. Changes take effect immediately.

Available tabs:

  • Account — Your login details and session info
  • Preferences — Personalize how the app behaves for you
  • AI Configuration — Your AI engine and API key
  • Integrations — Live status of your connected services
  • Telegram — Mobile access through your Telegram bot
  • My Stores — Manage connected Shopify stores
  • Store Protection — Guard live stores from accidental changes

Account

Your account tab shows who's signed in and how the session is secured.

What you'll see:

  • Your name and login — the email you signed in with
  • Session details — last login and active sessions
  • Logout — sign out of your workspace
Note
Each login sees only its own workspace — your store, your ads, your data, fully yours.

AI Configuration

This is where your AI engine lives. In most setups, Google Gemini powers your AI team.

What you can do:

  • View your provider — Google Gemini (default), Amazon Bedrock, or OpenRouter
  • Update your API key — paste a new key anytime, on one screen
  • See key status — a masked hint confirms which key is active
Note
Your API key is stored encrypted and used only for your workspace. If you ever need a new key, the built-in guide (Setup Wizard → AI Configuration) shows you where to get one.

Integrations

The Integrations tab gives you a live health check of the services your workspace relies on.

Services shown:

  • ⚡ AI Engine — the brain behind your AI team
  • 🏪 Shopify — your connected store
  • ✨ Google Gemini — your AI key provider

Status indicators:

  • 🟢 Connected — everything is working
  • 🟡 Configured — set up, but a quick check is worth it
  • Not Configured — not set up yet (see the Setup Wizard)

My Stores

Manage every Shopify store connected to your workspace.

What you can do:

  • Add a store — connect another Shopify store with its URL and Admin API token
  • Edit store details — update the brand name, niche, and other details (works even if some fields were never set)
  • Check connection status — see that each store is healthy and reachable
Note
When switching between stores, your dashboard, analytics, and product references update to match the selected store.

Store protection

Critical setting to protect live stores from accidental modifications by the AI.

What store protection does:

  • Blocks store builds — Prevents "Build me a store" commands from modifying your theme
  • Blocks theme changes — Stops modifications to homepage and branding
  • Blocks product modifications — Prevents bulk product changes
  • Allows safe operations — Analytics, ad creation, and content generation still work

When to enable protection:

  • Your store has paying customers
  • Your store is live and receiving traffic
  • You want to prevent accidental AI changes

What still works with protection enabled:

  • ✅ Ad creation (images, videos, copy)
  • ✅ Organic content generation (carousels, captions)
  • ✅ Analytics and reporting
  • ✅ Product research
  • ✅ Asset Library access
  • ❌ Store building or rebuilding
  • ❌ Theme modifications
  • ❌ Bulk product changes
Warning
Always enable store protection on live stores. Use a development store for testing new builds.

Telegram bot

View or update your Telegram bot configuration for mobile AI access.

Bot management:

  • Current status: Connected/disconnected indicator
  • Bot username: Your @bot_username for finding it in Telegram
  • Default store: Choose which store your bot builds and manages by default
  • Update token: Change to a different bot anytime

Creating a new bot:

  1. Message @BotFather on Telegram
  2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts
  3. Copy the bot token
  4. Paste it here and save
Success
All settings changes are saved immediately. No restart required.
